Healthcare English AI Academy provides online English-language education for healthcare professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, purchase a plan, create an account, or use course features including the AI Speaking Tutor.

• Purchase and transaction information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
• Learning activity, including lesson progress, quiz results, plan enrollment, and certificate status.
• Information you voluntarily provide when using support forms or AI-assisted learning features.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and basic usage logs when made available by our service providers.

How we use information

• Provide and secure your account and course access.
• Process purchases and activate the plan you selected.
• Save learning progress and issue course completion certificates.
• Operate and improve the AI Speaking Tutor and related educational features.
• Provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Healthcare information

Do not submit protected health information (PHI), real patient identifiers, or confidential clinical records into course exercises, support messages, or the AI Speaking Tutor. The Academy is an educational language service and is not a medical record system or clinical care platform.

Service providers

We may use service providers such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and course data, Vercel for hosting and AI infrastructure, and other vendors that help operate the service. They process information according to their own terms and privacy obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information to service providers, to comply with law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements. Applicable state or national privacy rights may vary by location.

Children

The Academy is intended for adults and healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
