These Terms of Service govern access to Healthcare English AI Academy, an online English-language education service for healthcare professionals. By purchasing a plan, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Academy provides English communication training. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, professional licensure, clinical certification, legal authorization to practice, employment eligibility, or continuing-education credit unless expressly stated in writing.
Starter, Professional, and Fluency are sold as one-time purchases for the access described at checkout. The Clinic Team Plan is billed annually and supports up to the stated number of users. Features may differ by plan.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and maintaining the security of your account. Individual accounts may not be shared unless permitted under an applicable Team Plan.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown before purchase. You authorize Stripe and its payment partners to process the payment method you select.
AI-generated feedback may contain errors or imperfect suggestions. The tutor is designed for educational language practice and must not be relied on for patient-specific medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, emergency triage, or other clinical judgment. Do not enter protected health information (PHI) or real patient identifiers.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or copy the platform at scale, reverse engineer protected components, submit unlawful content, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Course content, lesson structures, assessments, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Healthcare English AI Academy. Purchasers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use, or internal team use when a Team Plan is purchased. Redistribution, resale, publication, or commercial copying is prohibited without written permission.
We may update course content, features, AI providers, or technical systems to improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the refund policy displayed by the Academy and applicable law. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthcare English AI Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited as permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
